Professional Experience
Before becoming a full time real estate agent, I was an active real estate investor involved in buying and selling numerous homes in Ventura County over the past five years. This experience provided me with an excellent understanding of the local residential real estate market and how to effectively deal with buyers and sellers in all types of market conditions.

In real estate investment, I quickly learned that real estate commissions and fees had a significant impact on my overall profitability. It was extremely frustrating that no matter what type of house I was selling or at what price, I still had to pay a set percentage commission to the real estate agents involved in the transaction. I understood the problem I just couldn’t come up with a solution. This directly led me to getting my real estate license.
